New Dapol Class 153 released
We are pleased to confirm that our initial 3 x class 153 releases are, as promised, being sent to Dapol stockists in time for their Warley release this weekend.
First releases include, London Midland (powered only), East Midlands Trains (powered and dummy) and Central Trains (powered and dummy).
Featuring a wealth of detail, these models incorporate not 1 but 2 on/off switches so that the lights at either end can be turned off depending on direction of travel when working with other 153's, etc. This model also features a Dapol 'Super Creep' motor, low friction mechanism, twin flywheels, heavy cast chassis with totally see through cabin windows, RP25.72 wheel sets, light bar ready and of course a working 'Scharfenburg coupler' for coupling to other class 153's and our acclaimed 156 plus our upcoming class 142 unit.
Also being sent out to Dapol stockists is our magnificent 'Settle & Carlisle' class 156 (the first release in our new 'Graphic collection' of highly detailed liveries), plus our delayed Northern Transpennine 156.
