Bachmann Europe Plc has begun distributing its Class 66 locomotive in the new DB Schenker livery.

So far only one Class 66 locomotive No. 66152 has been repainted by DB Schenker who acquired English, Welsh & Scottish Railway (EWS) in 2007. The DB Schenker brand was launched in the UK in January 2009 and is now being applied to locomotives.

The new N scale model (catalogue number 371-383) began reaching dealers today and is available at the recommended retail price of £93.75. The model features directional working lights and has a PCB board which enables easy installation of a DCC decoder.

Further details are available from your Bachmann dealer.
