Latest class 121 and MK3 RFM buffet car images released
We are pleased to show further progress with our upcoming class 121 'bubble car' model.
As you can see the main thrust of the work has been the underframe which now features more relief, although we are working on some new ideas in this department to create even more relief that will then give us a fantastic chassis for other DMU projects in the pipeline.
One benefit from this re-think regarding the underframe, is that we have managed to keep the 'super creep' motor and flywheels within it for running reliability and slow speed control.
MK3 RFM Buffet car progress
We are pleased to be able to show you the first cad/cam picture of our MK3 RFM buffet car.
This coach is much in demand and we hope to have this bought to fruition by late summer this year.
Please note we are aware that the roof is incorrect and are currently working on this with the designers to give us further model options.
