FRUIT D
It�s been a busy week here at Dapol with the first views of the OO gauge Fruit D being available for us to publish.
Please note this is a first �look� and there is a little more work to do before we commence to metal cutting. However, thanks to the Dean Forest Railway, who let us examine their example, we believe we are not far off a great looking model.
Specification for this model includes RP25.110 wheel sets, 26mm over the pin point axles for easy conversion to finer scales, customer added foot steps, self centring NEM coupler and pocket, ultrafine detail and a high definition plastic body.
FEA-B OO SPINE WAGON
The latest FEA-B OO spine wagon files are now in and are looking a lot better now that we have decided to have pipe runs as a separately added factory fitted item.
There is still some work to do however, but this gives you an idea of progress.
Still to change are the side footholds and document holders and we would like some �weld lines� added to the side of the container support arms.
Added detail apart from the pipes include the end hanging steps and buffer beam detail, and some upper surface weld lines.
We hope to show something more definitive just after Christmas.
