N gauge MK3 DVT update
We have finalised the design of the original style MK3 DVT and publish the cad/cam here for your viewing.
The model will include a separately supplied original style front valance with the air pipe holes moulded into it for this variant. (although not portrayed on this cad/cam) It is hoped that 2 original valances will be included in the packaging for the model. 1 to include a whole for the rapido/knuckle coupling to protrude through, and the other without the hole for the rapido coupling.
You will notice that the headlights are of the original pattern as well.
Differences between the original Intercity models and later Virgin liver include, Different valances, different front buffers and rubbing plate, plus the different light clusters and horn grilles.
This model is currently running early, and we hope to have it available in late September.
