OO gauge Silver Bullet etches and Castings arrive for testing
Just missing Warley's unveiling last weekend are the test etches and castings for the OO gauge 'Silver Bullet' wagon.
There is still some work to be done on these, but the 'look' is almost there, and we are now waiting for the 2nd EP sample to arrive from China before we sign off on the tools.
As you can see from the pictures, the wagon will feature a wealth of detail including various cast metal or etched steel parts in keeping with the look of the real thing.
Wheels are to RP25.110 standards and will be darkened unlike the test sets fitted to the model in the photographs. NEM coupling boxes are fitted, and there will be an accessory bag containing brake pipes etc for those that wish to fit them.
